1.1 “Company” refers to M/S SUPERVISION, including its employees, contractors, and representatives.
1.2 “Customer” refers to the individual or entity purchasing products and/or services from the Company.
1.3 “Products” refer to CCTV cameras, accessories, and any other equipment supplied by the Company.
1.4 “Services” refer to installation, setup, and related work carried out by the Company.
The Company agrees to supply and/or install CCTV camera systems as agreed in the customer quotation or invoice. The Customer acknowledges that installation and performance are subject to environmental and site conditions.
3.1 The Company shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or theft occurring on the Customer’s premises before, during, or after installation of the Products.
3.2 The CCTV system is a deterrent and monitoring tool, not a guarantee of security.
3.3 The Company shall not be held liable for any fire, electrical hazard, or property damage arising from misuse, improper maintenance, tampering, power surges, or short circuits beyond the Company’s control.
3.4 The Customer is responsible for ensuring their electrical infrastructure is compliant and suitable for installation.
3.5 In no event shall the Company’s total liability exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the specific Products and Services in question.
4.1 The Customer must provide safe and reasonable access to the installation site.
4.2 The Customer must ensure all necessary permissions or consents for installation are obtained.
4.3 The Customer shall not modify or relocate installed equipment without the Company’s written consent.
5.1 Full or partial payment must be made as per the agreed quotation or invoice terms.
5.2 A deposit is required prior to commencement of work.
5.3 The remaining balance must be paid immediately upon completion of installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5.4 Late payments may incur interest charges at 2% per month until settled in full.
5.5 The Company reserves the right to suspend or cancel any ongoing or future services in the event of non-payment.
6.1 Products may be returned only if found defective and must be returned within 3 days from the date of purchase.
6.2 The Company reserves the right to inspect and test any returned item before approving a refund or replacement.
6.3 No refunds will be issued for:
- Custom installations already performed.
- Products damaged by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repair.
- Change-of-mind purchases after installation.
6.4 Installation service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
7.1 All Products are covered by a standard manufacturer’s warranty (duration as stated on invoice).
7.2 The warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not include damage due to accidents, power surges, tampering, or environmental factors.
7.3 Any warranty claim must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:
- Improper use of installed equipment;
- Failure to maintain or secure the equipment;
- Any consequential loss related to theft, fire, or system malfunction.
The Company reserves the right to terminate services if the Customer breaches these Terms, including non-payment or misuse of equipment.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of J&K jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of J&K jurisdiction.
By using our website, purchasing our products, or engaging our installation services, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the above Terms and Conditions.
